Romeo Gurakuqi was one of co-founders of the [https://uet.edu.al/ European University of Tirana] (UET), established on September 20, 2006, alongside Adri Nurellari, Tonin Gjuraj, Henri Çili, Ferit Duka, Ermal Hasimja, and Blendi Kajsiu.
