All 3 pictures on nl:Lodewijk Thomson are public domain (because of age, >70 ago). It's quite easy to transfer the pictures from nl: to your own PC, after which you can upload.
- First: click on the picture in the article. Then click on the link just below the photo. That gives you the image in the largest possible format.
- Second: While the cursor is on the photo, right click and choose "Save Picture As" (or equivalent). That will then download the file to your own PC.
- Third: Upload the pictures from your own PC to the wiki. However, you need to be a registered user. I presume the sq: version has instructions how to arrange that. During the upload process you have to choose a license. In this case: find somewhere the instructions to add the Public Domain template (I guess {{PD}} will do the job).
