ishte sulltani i kohtave djali i sulltaneshe hyrremit dhe sulltan sulejmanit ai gjithashtu ishte dhe bashkeshorti i nurbanu pati nje djal me te me emrin murad sulltan selimi kishte dhe 4 vellezer te tjer mehmet,baiazit,mustafa dhe xhihangir. Ai luftoi kunder te gjithve pas vdekjes se sulltan sulejmanit per te zene fronin dhe ne fund e zuri. Sulltan Selimi II kishte nje moter me emrin mihrimah.
