MIRA MEKSI ( 27/09/1960 ) , is an Albanian writer and
translator. Meksi, is regarded as the best female writer 's from
the criticism of the books and has been honored with many prestigious Albanian
and foreign awards, where the price is worth to be mentioned with the best
translation of the 2006 novel " The memory of the saddest bitch " by
Gabriel Garcia Marques given by the Ministry of Culture . Meksi s deeds, has
been translated into several foreign languages and is published by some prestigious foreign

BULLS", which is rewritten by the author himself in French and published
