Në [[Pedagogjia|pedagogji]], mençuria është aftësia e mësimit apo kuptimit apo marrëdhënia me apo gjendjet e reja. Mençuria mendohet zakonisht si rrjedhje nga një ndërthurje e veçorive të trashëguara dhe ndikuesve mjedisorë (zhvillimorë dhe shoqërorë).
