'''Théodore Simon''' (10 korrik 1873 - 4 shtator 1961) ishte një psikolog francez i cili punoi së bashku me [[Alfred Binet]] për të zhvilluar shkallën Binet-Simon, një nga instrumentet më të përdorura në botë për [[Koeficienti i inteligjencës|matjen e inteligjencës]] . Kjo shkallë u rishikua në vitin 1908 dhe 1911, dhe shërbeu si një model për zhvillimin e shkallëve më të reja. Simon punoi në spitale të ndryshme në të gjithë Francën, duke përfshirë Sainte-Anne dhe Dury-les-Amiens .
