Konventa Vjetore është autoriteti suprem legjislativ dhe administrativ në të gjitha çështjet [[laike]] të Kryedioqezës. Ajo është e përbërë nga Peshkopi, kleri i kryedioqezës dhe delegatë porotë që përfaqësojnë secilën famulli brenda juridiksionit të Kryedioqezës Ortodokse Shqiptare në Amerikë.
The Annual Convention is the supreme legislative and administrative authority in all [[secular]] matters of the Archdiocese. It is composed of the Bishop, the clergy of the Archdiocese, and lay delegates representing each parish within the jurisdiction of the Albanian Orthodox Archdiocese in America.

Dioqeza është grupuar gjeografikisht në tre [[dekaneri|dekaneri]], secila e përbërë nga një numër famullish. Çdo dekaneri drejtohet nga një famulli [[prift]], i njohur si [[Dekan (fe) |dekan]].
