Hello, Aeternus, me again, with an image licensing question again :-) I saw your local article about [[Tirana]] and I noticed that the images in the gallery are licensed as PD-self. However, they seem to be user-made photocopies of postcards, an act which of course does not generate a new copyright, so in all probability these are copyright violations and due to deletion. Can you please investigate the case, and the rest uploads by this user, I noticed other postcards too. I am concerned as long as these images, uploaded under a free license, may easily appear on Commons and other wikis...
