'''Sindroma Tourette''' (e quajtur ndryshe edhe Sindroma e Tourettit, Çrregullimi Tourette, Sindroma Gilles de la Tourette, GTS, ose thjesht Tourette) është një çrregullim [[neurologjik]] i trashëguar me fillesë në fëmijëri, e karakteirzuarkarakterizuar nga shumë tike motorike dhe të paktën një tik zanor. Tourette konsiderohet vetëm si një pjesë e spektrit të çrregullimeve të tikeve, e cila përfshin edhe ato kronike.
 
Tourette konsiderohej dikur si një sindromë e rrallë dhe bizarre. Tourette nuk konsiderohet më si një sindromë e rrallë, por nuk mund të indentifikohetidentifikohet gjithmonë në mënyrë të saktë. Midis 1 dhe 10 fëmijë në 1.000 jnëjanë më Tourette ; ashtu siç 10 në 1.000 persona kanë tike si përplasja e syve, kollitja, lëvizjet e fytyrës etj. Personat me Tourette knëkanë jetëgjatësi dhe inteligjecëinteligjencë normale. Tiket pakësohen ndërsa fëmijët hyjnë në adoleshencë dhe Tourette ekstrem në moshë madhore është shumë i rrallë.
 
Faktorë gjenetikë dhe mjedisorë luajnë rol në etiologjinë e sindromës, por shkaqet e sakta janë të panjohura. Në shumicën e rasteve medikamentet janë të panevojshme.
