Mbretëria ilire (1816 - 1849)
Mbretëria e Ilirisë ishte një njësi administrative e Perandorisë Austriake që ka ekzistuar nga viti 1816 deri në vitin 1849. Ajo përfshinte provincat ilire napoleonike, pjesën perëndimore dhe qendrore të Sllovenisë së sotme, Kroacinë veriperëndimore dhe Italinë verilindore (Provinca e Triestes dhe Provinca e Goricias).[1] Mbretëria ilire ishte themeluar nga Austria në Luftën e Koalicionit të Gjashtë dhe ishte restauruar sipas Aktit Final të Kongresit të Vjenës. Qendra e saj administrative ishte Ljubljana (zyrtarisht gjermanisht: Laibach). Pas Revolucioneve të vitit 1848, mbretëria u shpërbë. [2]
