Arlen Xhoi Harris (lindi më 6 qershor 1948), njihet ndryshe edhe si "Zonja e Parë e Wireless-it,"[1][2][3][4] është sipërmarrëse dhe shpikëse. Harris mban një seri patentash që lidhen me komunikimin wireless (pa tela ose me valë). Në Maj të 2007-tës, ajo mori mirënjohjen e gjërë të industrisë si gruaja e parë që u vendos në Wireless Hall of Fame (koridorin e famës së teknologjisë) .
