Edward Upham

Edward Upham (1776– 24 janar 1834) ishte librashitës dhe orientalist anglezë.

Jeta

Ai filloi të bëhej librashitës në vendlindjen e tij, Exter. Upham u bë anëtar i korporatës, ishte sherif në vitin 1807, dhe kryebashkiaku i Exeter në vitin 1809. Ai u tërhoq dhe kaloi kohë me shkrim.

Ai ishte anëtar i Shoqërisë Mbretërore Aziatike. Deri në fund të jetës së tij ai banonte në Dawlish, ku ai ishte një prej besimtarëve bamirësie.

Upham gjithashtu përfundoi Index to the Rolls of Parliament, comprising the Petitions, Pleas, and Proceedings of Parliament (A.D. 1278–A.D. 1503), filluar nga John Strachey dhe John Pridden, dhe u botua në Londër, 1832.
