RedaktoFlorand Loca eshte colorist shqiptar.Lindi ne lezhe më 10 Shtator të vitit 1996,pas disa vitesh shperngulet bashke me familjen ne Tirane.Mbaroi shkollen profesionale per TIK (Teknologji Informacioni dhe komunikimi). Filloj pune si grafist, Editor ne RTV ORA NEWS dhe vazhdon punen aktualisht tek TV KLAN.
