Ismail Ferraj is a neo pop artist and political representative born in November 2002, in Albania. He is known as the founder of the contemporary Post Pop art movement in Albania. After completing his secondary studies at the "Naim Frashëri" Artistic Lyceum for painting in the city of Vlora, he studied only two years at the Faculty of Law at the University of Vlora to begin his higher studies, then the University of Arts for painting, Tirana, where he currently continues . In an experimental form for years, he applies realistic art and contemporary abstraction to go further to the first Neo Pop painting "Maybe", a remake of the famous Roy Lichtenstein painting, laying the foundations of the new contemporary Neo Pop art in levels academic. Some of the works of art are "Llapelle", "Plastiko", "Maybe", "Inside Her", etc., bringing innovation to Albanian culture and art.

He has been involved in politics since he was a teenager in the Democratic Party of Albania in the Vlorë branch and officially as a member of it in the 2021 parliamentary elections, where he then runs for the Municipal Council, Vlorë Municipality in the 2023 local elections, in a difficult and unprecedented within the political force. Earlier, Ismail Ferraj filed his candidacy for Chairman of FRPD Vlorë Branch but without success after the resignation of Chairman Basha and the circumstances that led to the cancellation of these internal elections. In 2023, Ismail Ferraj is running for the DP National Council. In 2024, Ferraj holds the position of Executive Secretary for Public Relations of DP in Vlorë Branch.
