Kjo faqe është një arkiv i diskutimeve të përfunduara. Për pasojë përmbajtja e saj nuk duhet ndryshuar më. Për të diskutuar mbi një temë të kaluar mund të përdoret faqja aktuale e diskutimeve, ku mund të bëhet një shënim që ka lidhje me titullin apo pjesën e diskutimit të këtij arkivi.

Rregullat

4	Artikulli duhet të jetë të paktën 2,500 bytes dhe minimum prej 200 fjalë.	The article should be at least 2,500 bytes and a minimum of 200 words.
5	Pikët e vlerësimit nga juria është në rangun nga 1 deri në 5	Evaluation points from the jury is in the range of 1 to 5
6	Artikujt duhet të krijohen mes 21 mars, 2016 dhe 31 maj, 2016	Articles shall be created between March 21, 2016 and May 31, 2016
7	Editimet, në një artikull ekzistues, që arrijnë deri në 350 fjalë do të vlerësohen me 1 pikë	Changes to an existing article that exceed 350 words will be awarded with 1 point

New countries

Prizes

Hello! The international organisers need information about

• how much of the up to 400 Euro for your community you are willing to pay for prizes,
• what the prizes will be,
• how the prizes will be bought, and
• how you will be reimbursed, if needed.

Please abide by the Rules on international level.

The easiest way to buy the prizes and have no reimbursement process is to give one of those of us taking care of the prizes (User:Лорд Бъмбъри, User:Magalia, User:Ата) a link to a web shop. That way we will be able to purchase the prizes and either have them delivered to the winners, to the local organiser, or left in the store to be picked up by someone.

The second easiest way to buy the prizes is that the local organiser buys them with their own money, scans the invoice and sends it to us together with their bank account number. They will get their reimbursement in two weeks after the submission of the receipt.

In this case there are two possibilities: the better one would be if the invoice for the goods is issued to Wikimedia Polska:

If this is not possible we would need any proof of purchase and confirmation from recipient the she or he received the goods.

Our group of organizers, have decide that the easiest way for both of us is to have no reimbursement process and you pay for all of the prices.

We can take the prices from the shop or if the shop do delivery they can send those to us (Albania, Kosovo) by post.

Hi! Wikimedia Poland will still need a protocol of the process of selection of winners. The protocol must include actual names and usernames of the winners (the names will not be made public, they will be kept only in documents of Wikimedia Polska). And some form of confirmation that the prizes have reached the winners (like a signed declaration or a scan of a post waybill). CEE Spring 2016 Survey

Hi, dear CEE Spring 2016 organisers! I am sorry for writing in English again.

The international organisers of the contest ask all the participants to complete the survey about the contest. It is very short. It gives us a bit of statistics and helps make the next contest better.

We will use MassMessage to give the survey link to all the participants. Obviously, not all of them speak English, so please, help us with translating this request and encourage them to complete the survey.
