Kundershtoj grisjen (nuk e kam karikuar une kete foto por jam kundra). Siti qe pretendohet se eshte "vjedhur" foto nuk rezulton me. Pastaj te tilla foto zakonisht nuk kane te drejta autori pasi behen publike. Edhe ne se kjo nuk mjafton, mund te jepni lidhjen nga eshte marre me licencen FAIR USE. --Lagoon 5 Shkurt 2010 15:46 (CET)

[Sorry for the English:] I tagged this because the image is shown on the site of the news agency 24-ore.com on a Google image search ([1], one of the first few images). Even though it's currently no longer hosted there apparently, it's not safe to assume that the news site took it from us rather than we from them. "Fair use" claims for images from commercial news sources are pretty much excluded, because it means infringing on their commercial value. Fut.Perf. ☼ 5 Shkurt 2010 21:38 (CET)

No prob. 4 the en. but assuming that the site isn't responding how can you prove that it's copyrighted? Did someone complain to u or what? However, I didn't upload this file, but because Panajot Pano died recently, I thought it would be nice to his memory to have a proud moment (photo) of his decoration. --Lagoon 5 Shkurt 2010 22:07 (CET)

OK. It seems that the image was first uploaded to the wiki (10 Nëntor 2007 22:02) than crawled by Google on 24-ore.com ([2] Saturday, February 16, 2008 1:22:08 AM [CET]). But the cached version of the article page says the article is dated year 2005, but in the page the image cannot be seen (broken). We can leave it as Fair use.-- eagle al 6 Shkurt 2010 00:16 (CET)
