Bono
Paul David Hewson (i lindur më 10 maj 1960 në Glasnevin, Dublin, Irlandë), i njohur me pseudonimin Bono, është vokalisti kryesor i rock bendit irlandez U2. Bono u lind dhe u rrit në Dublin, dhe vijoi Mount Temple Comprehensive School ku ai e njoftoi gruan e tij të ardhshme, Ali Hewson, si dhe anëtarët e ardhshëm të U2-së. Që nga ajo kohë ai është quajtur Bono nga familja dhe anëtarët e bendit. Bono i shkruan pothuajse të gjitha tekstet e këngëve të U2-së, zakonsiht duke përdorur tema politike, sociale dhe fetare. Gjatë viteve të hershme, tekstet e Bonos kontribuan në tonin rebel të U2-së. Me kalimin e kohës tekstet e tij u inspiruan më shumë nga eksperiencat e tij personale.
