This is partly because in general I've personally avoided to deal with articles per se, choosing mostly to deal with the technical infrastructure, and partly because of the large amount of work that needs to be done by a single person. However recently @[[Përdoruesi:Leutrim.P|Leutrim.P]] has started dealing with articles so maybe he can work with that. If so, I'd just suggest to him to take care in handling deletions regarding book articles since we have yet to have a general community decision about those. :::When I put up the banner, the only thing that could be supported was "director of SHISH". The unreferenced information around the only information about his position seems to me light to make an article. A personality can seem important from a personal POV, but if there is nothing to support and reference an article, it is simply because it does not belong in the encyclopedia.
