Si të arkivoj një faqe?

Pune te papare me WP:IAA

Tjeta, thjesht dua te bej komplimente sepse po shikoj qe po ben nje pune te shkelqyer me WP:IAA. Si target ke vetem emrat origjinal per gjeografit? Neqoftese ke nevoje per ndonje gje, eg. datasets, do mundohem te ndimoj per aq sa mundem. :) --  eagleal  26 mars 2013 23:03 (CET)

Faleminderit Eagleal për urimin. Target të importimit automatik nuk kam vetëm vendbanimet, por gjithçka që është e organizuar mirë me infobox-e në një Wikipedi të huaj (pasi të dhënat merren nga infokutite). Deri tani jam mare me vendbanime pasi keto jane me te lehta. Ne qofte se deshiron mund te kontribosh me çfaredo qe e ke për mbarë. Importimi i vendbanimeve te Francës, Italisë, Gjermanisë dhe Mbretërisë së Bashkuar ka për të qënë hapi më i madh pasi së bashku e kalojnë 100.000 artikuj. Megjithatë ndruhem të shtoj kaq shume artikuj vetem nga e njëjta temë pasi do të humbë karakteri i përgjithshëm enciklopedik (një gjë të tillë mund ta vëresh fare mirë në wikipedinë kazake kk, uzbeke uz) etj). Faktikisht duhet që gjëndja e artikujve të lidhur me shqiptarët (historia, agjeografia, arti, kultura) të jetë shumë e mirë në mënyrë që ti lejojmë vetes të importojmë artikuj ne masë të madhe, përndryshe kthehemi në një Wikipedi pa karakter. Wikipedia ruse dhe polake është një shëmbull i mirë i importimit automatik të artikujve. Në fillim ata i hapën thjesht si zëra në mënyrë automatike dhe më pas filluan ti mbushin me përmbajtje, por këtë gjë nuk mund ta arrijmë lehtë këtu pasi mungojnë përdoruesit aktivë. Gjithësesi unë të falenderoj për interesimin, dhe në qoftë se dëshiron mudn të krijosh databaza nga cilado Wikipedi. Databazat për vendbanimet unë i kam përshtatur nga Wikipedia italiane pasi edhe infokutinë (preferoj ta quaj kartela) {{Kartela vendbanim}} e kam përshtatur nga {{Divisione amministrativa}}. Thanks for reporting these errors. I should have noticed it! For now I'm going to revert all last edits and then I will give to the reobot proper instructions. For instance Shkurt_ (with a single space at the end), Shkurt| and Shkurt]] replace by shkurt_, shkurt| or shkurt]]. What I've done at first seems confusing. I have set up the bot to clean the pages. It runs once every hour. Please create all pages, because bot is not creating them by itself (it is on purpose). It will keep sending me e-mails, that there is something wrong on sq.wiki ;).

The intro you have asked about is a mechanism called editnotice. You can take a look at en-wiki or pl-wiki. You need to create one page MediaWiki:Editnotice-n per namespace, where n is the index of the namespace. Example: pl:Special:PrefixIndex/Mediawiki:Editnotice-

Në lidhje me artikullin e javës

Përshëndetje Euriditi, kohëve të fundit kam vërejtur se në vend të artikullit të javës paraqitet mesazhi "Na vjen me të vërtetë shumë keq, për këtë javë nuk është zgjdhur asnjë artikull!". Si arsyje për këtë përmendet se "Vullnetarët e Wikipedias në shqip nuk kanë punuar aq sa duhet për të shfaqur në këtë vitrinë Artikullin e javës." Mendoj se ka mjaft artikuj që mund të paraqiten në këtë listë. Nga artikujt që vetëm unë kam shkruar, vetëm një (Dream Theater) është paraqitur deri më tani në këtë listë. An important message about renaming users

Dear Euriditi, My aplogies for writing in English. Please translate or have this translated for you if it will help. I am cross-posting this message to many places to make sure everyone who is a Wikimedia Foundation project bureaucrat receives a copy. If you are a bureaucrat on more than one wiki, you will receive this message on each wiki where you are a bureaucrat.

As you may have seen, work to perform the Wikimedia cluster-wide single-user login finalisation (SUL finalisation) is taking place. This may potentially effect your work as a local bureaucrat, so please read this message carefully.

Why is this happening? As currently stated at the global rename policy, a global account is a name linked to a single user across all Wikimedia wikis, with local accounts unified into a global collection. Previously, the only way to rename a unified user was to individually rename every local account. This was an extremely difficult and time-consuming task, both for stewards and for the users who had to initiate discussions with local bureaucrats (who perform local renames to date) on every wiki with available bureaucrats. The process took a very long time, since it's difficult to coordinate crosswiki renames among the projects and bureaucrats involved in individual projects.

The SUL finalisation will be taking place in stages, and one of the first stages will be to turn off Special:RenameUser locally. This needs to be done as soon as possible, on advice and input from Stewards and engineers for the project, so that no more accounts that are unified globally are broken by a local rename to usurp the global account name. Once this is done, the process of global name unification can begin. The date that has been chosen to turn off local renaming and shift over to entirely global renaming is 15 September 2014, or three weeks time from now. In place of local renames is a new tool, hosted on Meta, that allows for global renames on all wikis where the name is not registered will be deployed.

Your help is greatly needed during this process and going forward in the future if, as a bureaucrat, renaming users is something that you do or have an interest in participating in. The Wikimedia Stewards have set up, and are in charge of, a new community usergroup on Meta in order to share knowledge and work together on renaming accounts globally, called Global renamers. Stewards are in the process of creating documentation to help global renamers to get used to and learn more about global accounts and tools and Meta in general as well as the application format. As transparency is a valuable thing in our movement, the Stewards would like to have at least a brief public application period. If you are an experienced renamer as a local bureaucrat, the process of becoming a part of this group could take as little as 24 hours to complete. You, as a bureaucrat, should be able to apply for the global renamer right on Meta by the requests for global permissions page on 1 September, a week from now.

In the meantime please update your local page where users request renames to reflect this move to global renaming, and if there is a rename request and the user has edited more than one wiki with the name, please send them to the request page for a global rename.

Stewards greatly appreciate the trust local communities have in you and want to make this transition as easy as possible so that the two groups can start working together to ensure everyone has a unique login identity across Wikimedia projects. Completing this project will allow for long-desired universal tools like a global watchlist, global notifications and many, many more features to make work easier.

Ftese për Wiki Weekend Tirana 2017

Komuniteti i Open Labs zhvillojnë për të katërtin vit rradhazi Wiki Wekeend Tirana 2017 me qëllimin për të pasuruar artikujt në gjuhën shqipe në Wikipedia. Ky aktivitet do të zhvillohet gjatë fundjavës së dytë të dhjetorit, përkatësisht në datat 9 dhe 10 dhjetor, ku pjesëmarrësit do të mblidhen në ambientet e Open Labs Hackerspace (Tiranë) në një program që kombinon puntoritë (workshops) me prezantimet nga wikipedianët nga Tirana, Elbasani, Durrësi, Prishtina, Gjilani, Zyrihu etj. Do të ketë gjithashtu workshope/editathons të ndryshme rreth Wikidata, Wiki Loves Maps, Wikiprojekti LGBT dhe Wikimedia Commons. Wiki Weekend synon që të ndërtohen ura bashkëpunimi me wikimedianë të tjerë nga vendi dhe rajoni, të inspirohen wikimedianë të rinj që të bashkohen me komunitetin, të njihet publiku me projektet e Wikimedias, të organizohen editathone dhe të rritet ndërgjegjësimi i mediave lokale dhe institucioneve rreth rëndësisë së ndarjes së dijes përmes projekteve të lidhura me platformat dhe kulturën bashkëpunuese wiki.

Artikulli "Mustafë Dervishi" është propozuar për grisje. Për këtë person ëështë shkruar një libër prej 200 faqesh nga historiani Mentor Quku si dhe historia e tij njihet mirë nga historiani Uran Butka. Mustafë Dervishi ka qene kryetar i Rinise se Ballit Kombetar dhe eshte shpallur Deshmor i Kombit. ËEhtë fatkeqësi të lihet në hije. Bllokimet

Përshëndetje! :)

A mundem të të kërkoj të cilësosh arsye kur bllokon përdorues në projekt? Siç dihet, nëse e njëjta shkelje rregullash përsëritet, dënimi shtohet e unë përpara se të bllokoj dikë kontrolloj regjistrat për të parë nëse ka qenë më parë i bllokuar për të njëjtën arsye. Në këto raste ndihmon shumë vendosja e arsyes pasi përndryshe më duhet të hap tërë kontributet e përdoruesit në fjalë që të kuptoj arsyen. Zakonisht bëhet fjalë për përdorues pa adresë të cilët as nuk i fikson dot në kujtesë se çfarë kanë bërë dhe ta kesh dëshmuar çastin e shkeljes, duke qenë se kanë për emër vetëm një numër (IP). Jemi përpjekur që t'i përditësojmë arsyet më të shpeshta për bllokim që të jenë sa më gjithëpërfshirëse, pa u mbingarkuar me arsyet më të rralla që do ta vështirësonin gjetjen e asaj që kërkohet. Besoj se shumicën e kohës do ta gjesh aty arsyen që kërkon, pa pasur nevojë të specifikosh gjë vetë me shkrim.

Thjesht ta thashë me shpresën se mund të ndihmoj pasi dhe unë bllokoja pa arsyetim më parë, duke menduar që shkelja e bërë është e vetëmjaftueshme, derisa u gjenda përpara situatës që më duhej të bllokoja dikë e s'isha më i sigurt nëse e kisha bllokuar më parë e nëse po, për çfarë e m'u desh të shikoja tërë kontributet e tij për të kuptuar si ishte puna. Që aty vendosa t'i vija arsyet. :P Bëhet fjalë për rastin e vandalizimit të faqeve të përvjetorëve, nëse e ke parasysh si rast këto kohë. Bllokimi I Paarsyeshëm

Përshendetje Euridit, Unë jam një përdorues I wikipedias me një eksperiencë në wikipedia të nivelit mbi mesatar, ndonëse te pakrahasueshem me tuajen. Para disa ditëve më ke bllokuar faqen time me titull "Jam ai që ju shkoni" me justifikimin se unë kam "fshirë përmbajtje të faqeve". Unë NUK kam fshire asgjë. Unë kam ndjekur shëmbullin e wikive të huaja(angleze, gjermane etj) ne editimet e bëra. Në wikin shqip, fjalinë e parë të artikujve e kemi me pesqind presje dhe fjalë, por fjalia e parë zakonisht është Përkufizimi dhe ajo që kam bërë unë është heqja e fjalve të teperta dhe të panevojshme. Ju rikujtoj se qëllimi im i vetëm ështe të bëj wikin një vend sa më të mirë. Ju kërkoj te mos ta bëni me këtë veprim pasi është tepër i babaze dhe i paarsyeshem. Projektet e Portalet

Përshëndetje, Euriditi! :)

Prej kohësh kam nisur një rishikim të projekteve e portaleve që kemi. Fillimisht bëra zbulimin dhe renditjen e tyre në Kuvend. Gjatë kësaj faze fshiva të gjitha faqet që fatkeqësisht kishin mbetur në stad krijim prej shumë vitesh. Kjo ishte dhe puna më e lehtë pasi përfshinte vetëm punë mekanike. Tani po filloj me fazën e ardhshme të rishikimit individual të faqeve. Këtu shpresoj të bëj rregullime të përgjithshme që faqet mund të kenë nevojë, t'i ndërlidh me portalet/projektet shoqëruese (nëse ekzistojnë), ndonjë element të lehtë standardizues dhe më kryesorja, shfaqja e tyre në lista të ndryshme me shpresë për të sjellë më shumë jetë ndër to (për shembull te pjesa përkatëse e portalit të komunitetit e më gjerë).

Në lidhje me çështjen e riaktivizimit të tyre, ke ndonjë ide si mund të veprojmë përveç çfarë propozova më sipër? Sot po punoja me projektin e historisë së shqiptarëve. Pavarësisht se faqja në vetvete është tepër e thjeshtë në konceptim (nga ana teknike flas), projekti duket tepër interesant dhe synon të përkujdeset për hollësi të ndryshme në lidhje me temën që trajton. Gjëja e parë që më erdhi ndërmend ishte të të pyesja nëse mund të merreshe me të për ta ringjallur me shpresë se mund të shërbeje si shembull për të tjerët. Kjo pasi pashë emrin tënd te anëtarët e tij. Por pastaj mendova që duke pasur parasysh sa aktiv ke qenë në çështje të tilla më parë, emri yt mund të figurojë në shumë projekte e s'mund të presim që të merresh personalisht me të gjitha. Dhe kështu thashë mbase do të ishte më mirë të të pyesja thjesht për të të kërkuar një mendim të përgjithshëm. Ke ndonjë ide si mund të veprojmë për të dhënë më shumë jetë në to? Mbase me ndonjë mënyrë mekanike sugjerimi te përdoruesit e rinj, mbase me ndihmën e ndonjë roboti, mbase me ndonjë nismë të ndërmarrë personalisht nga administrata për të dhënë shembullin e përfshirjes te projekte të tilla te anëtarët e rinj... Jam në fazë gjetjeje idesh domethënë (brainstorming).

Për ta përmbledhur: Shfaqja e tyre në sytë e publikut do të realizohet me anë të renditjes në faqe-lista e kategori të veçanta dedikuar atyre dhe mbase me njoftime në krye të faqes (sitenotice). Kjo është një fushatë e butë në përpjekje për të riaktivizuar projektet e ndryshme që ne kemi. Paralelisht me këtë unë po shpresoj për një fushatë më të fortë që nuk mjaftohet thjesht në reklamim por në hapa më konkret që nxisin përfshirjen në projekte të tilla. Synimi përfundimtar ideal është krijimi i një kulture projektesh dhe vënia e saj në themel të kulturës Wiki. Pra puna e vullnetarëve të fillojë të orientohet e organizohet rreth bashkëpunimeve në grup në lidhje me tema të caktuara, gjë që duket se ka qenë dhe qëllimi fillestar kur ka nisur SqWiki. Po të shihen ndryshimet më të fundit, vihet re se përveç disa përdoruesve specifikë, veprimtaria e të cilëve ndjek tematika të caktuara relativisht të gjera, shumica e veprimeve të tjera janë me karakter SPA (apo xhuxhësh por ato nuk përbëjnë problem). Pavarësisht se dhe vetë SPA-të ndihmojnë në shtimin e informacionit, ato nuk kontribuojnë aspak në krijimin e një komuniteti. Personalisht e shoh me rëndësi krijimin e një komuniteti shoqëror në çfarëdolloj mediumi pune kështu që vazhdimisht punoj në atë drejtim dhe këtu. Pershendetje @Klein Muçi, se pari deshiroj te te falenderoj per nismat qe ke ndermarre dhe vazhdon te ndermaresh. Besoj vetekuptohet qe dhenia jete e portaleve nuk eshte nje gje e thjeshte e nuk eshte nje gje qe behet brenda nje kohe te shkurter. Ndoshta nese punohet sic duhet mund te doje edhe vite. Gjithesesi nuk mund te them se ka munguar "kultura e portaleve" por per kaq perdorues sa kemi eshte mundim me i madh te organizohesh ne portale te ndryshme sesa te japesh kontributin direkt ne artikuj specifike. Gjithesesi forma organizimi ne te kaluaren nuk kane munguar dhe une pata krijuar Wikipedia:Bashkëpunimi i javës ne menyre qe te jepej nje kontribut i organizuar. Tani nuk mundem te jap me teper se 2-4 ore kontribut ne jave e kjo shkon me se shumti ne monitorim te ndryshimeve te fundit e ne mirembajtjen e faqes kryesore.

1. E rendesishme eshte te krijohet nje hapesire (qofte portal) si Wikipedia:Community portal, Wikipedia:Autorenportal qe te perqendroje kontributin ne temat qe jane me te rendesishme per wikipedian. Dikush qe nuk e di se ku te kontriboje apo nga tia filloje mund te konsultohet me kete "hapesire".

2. Kultura e mirefillte e portaleve nuk mund te krijohet me kaq perdorues aktive sa ka Wikipedia. Do te duhet te terhiqen njerez te rinj qe kane deshire te kontribuojne e kjo me se miri mund te behet permes takimeve/workshopeve mujore dhe bashkepunimit me institucione arsimore te nivelit te mesem e te larte (Psh. studente te gjuheve te huaja mund te kene nje deyre te perkthimit te nje artikulli dhe te perfitojne pike shtese ne nje vleresim nese e kane arritur). E di qe takime ka patur e me pare, nuk e di nese eshte deshira e gjithesesilit apo ka qene dikush qe i ka sponsorizuar por orgaizime te shpeshta mujore kerkojne nje buxhet te konsiderueshem.

3. Rrobotet mund te ndihmojne ne krijimin e artikujve por fatkeqsisht jane tema te limituara ku ata jane efektive. Kryesisht artikuj me teme nga gjeografia apo gjera qe tjera qe mund te shprehen ne forme tabelare e mund te interpretohen si artikuj me pas.

Faleminderit për përgjigjen e hollësishme! Për sa i përket takimeve e bashkëpunimeve institucionale, të lajmëroj se ndodhin vazhdimisht. Kemi dy grupe përdoruesish që veprojnë në komunitetin tonë, të dy të sponsorizuar nga vetë fondacioni Wikimedia, me sa është në njohurinë time. Unë vetë kam qenë shpeshherë pjesë e takimeve e bashkëpunimeve të tilla të njërit prej grupeve të cilat kanë qenë me tema e forma të ndryshme (workshops, edit-a-thones, etj.). Kam vënë re se një aktivitet i tillë nuk para njihet shumë nga përdoruesit e vjetër/aktivë të SqWiki-t dhe mbetet i njohur më shumë nga Meta se sa nga vetë Wikipedia por më lër të të them se ekziston një kalendar i detajuar aktivitetesh vjetore nga grupet e përdoruesve në fjalë. Ky lloj aktiviteti është dhe më i dukshëm në mediet sociale pasi, siç e the dhe vetë, synimi kryesor mbetet gjetja e vullnetarëve të rinj dhe ai lloj mediumi e lehtëson shumë atë gjë. Rastësisht, jo më larg se para 4 ditësh, qëlloi të flitej për bashkëpunimin e javës në faqet që përmenda. Hidhi një sy shembullit këtu. Në fakt në biseda private është diskutuar shpesh për ringjalljen e atij projekti këto kohë (pa pasur lidhje me projektin tim për ringjalljen e portaleve) por unë personalisht s'kam arritur të gjej një mënyrë si mund ta ringjall si projekt duke e risjellë në kohë (kompleksiteti në organizim ngjan ta bëjë të pamundur realizimin brenda komunitetit tonë aktual ku nuk ekziston një shpirt shoqëror aktiv aq i fortë sa njerëzit të vetëorganizohen në atë nivel që kërkon gara e bashkëpunimit që të funksionojë). Nëse ke mundësi të bësh ndonjë përshtatje a lehtësim në konceptim mendoj se do të ishte e mirëpritur nga disa anëtarë të vjetër këtu që e shohin goxha me shpresë atë faqe.

E kuptoj që po flasim për ndryshime që mund të duan vite për t'u aplikuar prandaj dhe e shkrova si synimi përfundimtar ideal. Edhe unë e shoh me rëndësi të lartë portalin e komunitetit. Do të punoj për ta detajuar më shumë në të ardhmen. Mbase nëse reklamimi bëhet bukur aty, mund të kemi dhe një ringjallje të lehtë të projekteve e portaleve tematike duke qenë se portali i komunitetit është dhe faqja ku drejtohen të gjithë përdoruesit e rinj nga mesazhi automatik i mirëseardhjes. S'jam i sigurt ama sa na mungojnë vullnetarë. Vazhdimisht shtohen llogari të reja dhe çdo ditë ka ndryshime të reja. Megjithatë bie dakord se një pikë e mirë fillimi është fuqizimi i asaj faqeje.

Naim frasheri nuk ishte me origjinë nga Berati por nga fshati i grëmshit që ndodhet në juglindje të malit tomorr. Nga viti 1820 e më pas nga fshati u shpërngulen shumë familje si edhe të parët e familjes sime. Nuk ka rëndësi nëse shkruhet apo jo në Wikipedia por ta dish si informacion meqë ke shkruar për naimin. How we will see unregistered users

Hi!

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.

If you have not seen it before, you can read more on Meta. If you want to make sure you don’t miss technical changes on the Wikimedia wikis, you can subscribe to the weekly technical newsletter.

We have two suggested ways this identity could work. We would appreciate your feedback on which way you think would work best for you and your wiki, now and in the future. You can let us know on the talk page. You can write in your language. The suggestions were posted in October and we will decide after 17 January.

Your advanced permissions on sqwiki

Hello. A policy regarding the removal of "advanced rights" (administrator, bureaucrat, interface administrator, etc.) was adopted by community consensus in 2013. According to this policy, the stewards are reviewing activity on wikis with no inactivity policy.

You meet the inactivity criteria (no edits and no logged actions for 2 years) on this wiki. Since this wiki, to the best of our knowledge, does not have its own rights review process, the global one applies.

If you want to keep your advanced permissions, you should inform the community of the wiki about the fact that the stewards have sent you this information about your inactivity. A community notice about this process has been also posted on the local Village Pump of this wiki. If the community has a discussion about it and then wants you to keep your rights, please contact the stewards at the m:Stewards' noticeboard, and link to the discussion of the local community, where they express their wish to continue to maintain the rights.

If you wish to resign your rights, please request removal of your rights on Meta.

If there is no response at all after one month, stewards will proceed to remove your administrator and/or bureaucrat rights. In ambiguous cases, stewards will evaluate the responses and will refer a decision back to the local community for their comment and review. If you have any questions, please contact the stewards.
